This sort of started it all. Drawings for the Dollybirds pinup series crept into any and every available niche of my sketchbook during my time at MCAD. Presented here are the three inital Dollybirds pinups, along with a triple-portrait pinup whose characters would later translate themselves into post-apocalyptic doo-wop punk trio the Lovelles in my senior project. The Dollybirds series hasn't resurfaced since, but I suppose the Imaginary Dead Ex-Girlfriends series is a logical next step. (Obvious parallels can be drawn.)
